Terms and Conditions
1.	Any mortality occurring during delivery will be deducted from the invoice by providing the picture as a token of proof. The picture must be sent via e-mail within 24 hours of arrival. Claims will not be accepted if it is made outside the 24 hours time frame after receiving the shipment.
2.	For mortality occured due to: the flight delayed because of engine trouble, or misconnection flight with a written acknowledgement or receipt signed by one of the cargo officer as witness from the airline involved, or other causes beyond our power, the loss will be shared between us and the client of 50% each, unless if the loss can be claimed and paid immediately.
3.	Clients are obliged to file feedback or report to us within 24 hours after receiving the shipment. Any shipment without news to us will be considered that the shipment is received well, and no claims can be filed.
4.	The permit for CITES animals (M. Viridis & C. Kingii) will need 1 month to complete.
5.	Payments must be made in full according to pro forma invoice accepted by the client after receiving the export permit.
6.	All the prices here in the website exclude the bank transfer fee. Client must pay all the account transfer fee/bank charge.
7.	The minimum order is USD $2,000.00 and USD $2,500.00 for European countries - of the pro forma invoice.
8.	Should the client agrees with the proforma invoice, 70% of the Down Payment should be transferred to proceed with the legal document process. The rest of the amount should then be tranferred prior to the shipment.
9.	Any mortality (DOA) will be credited to the next shipment. The money may be returned in accordance to the condition of point number 1.
10.	Prices may change at any time without prior notice, and will be advised in our next offer or new stock list.
11.	The duration of the order will stand only for 3 months from the order date. If there is no news or follow-ups after three months time, the order will be canceled and the deposit money will be void. Permit can be extended for the cost of USD$350.
12.	We only accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT). We do not accept bank Draft or personal checks.
13.	The package and handling cost is USD $40.00 for each shipment. The packaging is made of wooden box with double-braids wire (mosquito braid + another wire braid with 0.50 cm of holes with flour bags in the cases). The standard size is 80cm x 55cm x 40cm.
14.	The prepaid freight cost should be paid in full amount.

16.	Please be well informed with your own country regulations. Exomania does not take any responsibilites for lost shipment due to misinterpretation of the one's country regulations.
17.	Should the client decide to cancel the deal and return the animals, all the cost incurred are charged to the client.
